Missing Puzzle Packs

Microsoft Store sometimes causes missing puzzle packs.

The puzzles are not lost.

You will be able to continue playing the puzzles following one of these solutions.

Solution 1: Restart Your Computer

1. Install any pending Windows Updates
2. Restart your computer

Solution 2: Reset Microsoft Store Cache

1. Close the game
2. Press Windows key + R
3. Type wsreset
4. Microsoft Store will open. Search for the game in the Microsoft Store.
5. Once you find the game in the Microsoft Store tap on Open

Solution 3: Troubleshoot Windows Apps

Run this troubleshooter (external).

Solution 4: Attempt to Purchase the Same Pack

1. Attempt to purchase a pack that you already purchased. Make sure you are logged in with the same Microsoft account that you used for purchasing the puzzle pack in the past.
2. Microsoft Store will recognize you have already purchased the pack and will unlock it.
3. If you are asked to pay again, cancel the process

Solution 5: Contact Microsoft Support

1. Go to Microsoft Support page (external)
2. Tap on Open Get Help app
